...waiting for Mr Jack Parow. Freshly flown in from a few gigs in Holland, together with fellow Cape Towners Die Heuwels Fantasties, Parow was dressed down to his usual style of a baggy bedondered vest wif some red and white striped pyjama looking shorts and the rocking neon green hi-top takkies! Oh, and the extended silver leopard print hat of course.

Fans went to much effort, with atleast 8 peaked cap creations in the audience, plus a few Jack Parow slette met die slang tattoo op hul tette...

Jack delivered and the crowd loved it, even playing Cooler as ekke mos twice!



I most enjoyed Die Heuwels Fantasties' set though... the lanky 6 foot something lead singer Pierre Greef is uber talented and super into it as he sings in Afrikaans. The band is toit. And the whoops from the audience confirmed my thoughts. Once again, the South Africans in London are shown a glimpse of what is going on at home where Die Heuwels are huge and absolutely fantastic!
